Strengthening Communities to Prosper

Social Impact Framework

Our Social Impact Framework is centred on two focus areas: Local Economic Development and Social Cohesion. We put these priorities into practice through Community Impact and DEI in the Workplace—commitments that create meaningful, purposeful change for the cities that we serve and the people we work alongside.

Purposeful
Placemaking

Placemaking is an approach to designing and activating spaces centred on the human experience. Through Placemaking, Choice Properties leverages its properties to enhance its social impact goals of propelling both local economic development and social cohesion.

Choice Cares

Choice Cares is our national community engagement program, where colleagues across the country dedicate their time, talent, and resources to volunteer and fundraise, supporting causes that uplift local communities.
