985 Woodbine Ave.

The 985 Woodbine proposal will deliver a revitalized grocery store and two new residential buildings of 10 and 35 storeys, directly adjacent to Woodbine TTC Station. With 646 new homes, including 14 rental replacement units, it supports the area’s growing need for more diverse housing options. 

Designed as a true mixed-use destination, the community will also introduce new retail and a theatre space, with an intent to partner with local theatre organizations to help bring year-round cultural programming to the neighbourhood.
